3303363 - You are not authorized to make changes (authorization object S_ABPLNGVS)

You're getting the error message "You are not authorized to make changes (authorization object S_ABPLNGVS)" when trying to create Custom Artifacts in ADT Workbench.

The developer roles in the cloud development environment are only authorized to create and change objects with language version "ABAP for Cloud Development". 

You should be able to create your view extension in packages with language version "ABAP for Cloud Development". Please ensure that the package is assigned to language version "Cloud Development".

The developer role based on business role template SAP_BR_DEVELOPER needs to have Write Access. Please, ensure the developer role you have created does not have Write Access set to No Access.
