3303391 - How to make the Auto Invoice all Characteristics, Time Sheets and Expense Sheets field on SOW workers and the Auto Invoice field on SOW Characteristics un-editable to suppliers

• Buyer Company Config Auto Invoice Type = Both and the Lock Default Values checkbox for that configuration line item is ticked.
• In addition, the SOW Type and SOW Template both have Auto Invoice all Characteristics, Time Sheets and Expense Sheets set to Yes and Locked.
• However, when adding an SOW Worker or completing an Event, the Auto Invoice all Characteristics, Time Sheets and Expense Sheets shows to Supplier as editable.
