In SAP for Me, Customers will need to Create a Service Request for common tasks to maintain services in their SPM environments.
Customers who have a contractual agreement with Optimization Services will also have to submit a Service Request to engage them.

In SAP for Me, users must have two authorizations enabled for their SAP for Me profile to access this feature.
