3303608 - When adding multiple filters under "Configuration for Managed Components", not possible for F1 is not “X” AND F1 is not “Y”

When adding multiple filters under "Configuration for Managed Components" of one category,

You set the filters like below, F1 is not “X” AND F1 is not “Y”  

line 1) 'status' 'Is Not' 'aaa'
line 2) 'status' 'Is Not' 'bbb'

You expect both conditions are met, however the filter result is not what you expected.
