3303653 - Wily EM webview cannot be accessible

Symptom

While accessing Wily Enterprise Manager webview with URL: http:<EM host>:<EM http port>/webview, it's not opened with the following error:

"WebView_CA_Logo_Alt"
"An error occurred!"
"org.apache.jasper.JasperException:java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:org.apache.jsp.index_jsp"

Here is a sample screen:

In the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log, you may see some permission-denied errors like below:
