3303861 - IBM Db2 LUW: DIA8312C seen on standby server but not on primary

Symptom

You have configured an HADR environment and are seeing the following:

- Peer mode is not able to come to sync
- Standby server db2diag.log contains errors:
     DIA8312C Disk was full. 
- Primary server may experience HADR related errors
     If sync mode is set to SYNC or NEARSYNC, you may see applications in COMMIT ACTIVE status
     If sync mode is in ASYNC or SUPERASYNC, no errors may be seen on primary system
