3303909 - Singapore Child Care Leave Accrual not Working - Issue with Get Nature of Singapore Citizenship of Dependent()

• You have configured an accrual / hire rule with the function : Get Nature of Singapore Citizenship of Dependent()
• The Dependent Information has been maintained as per the configuration in the guide .
• However, the accrual value does not get posted and as per the rule trace, the system returns a Null for the function.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Configure the Accrual or Hire rule using the function as per the guide(s) linked above
2. Check the Time account process simulator and notice that no accruals are being posted for a given Employee
3. Review the Rule trace and notice that the function returns a Null value

• This is due to missing data in the Dependent Information.
• For employee, in the family details of the child, the following is missing:

Nature of Citizenship =   Singapore Citizen

• Correct / fix the data by selecting the Nature of Citizenship field for the relevant dependent.
