3303928 - Editing or rearranging BI Launchpad tiles does not save changes

Symptom

  • When a user clicks on 'Edit Homepage' to rearrange the tiles on BI Launchpad, after they rearrange the tiles and click 'done' the changes are not saved and they may get a message saying:
    "Please turn off administrator settings for changes to  take effect."
  • When any user including the Administrator tries to reorganize tiles in BILP the saved changes do not take effect
