• Paste filter Values can only filter the first value in SAP Analytics Cloud
• For the other values from second line, there is a warning which tells that they are not found and not applied to the filter

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2022.21

1. Create a story based on a live BW model.
2. Select a dimension as Input Control and initially set it to filter All Members.
3. Now click the Input Control and choose "Paste Filter Values".
4. Input several values like:
   2020
   2021
   2022
5. Notice even there is data existed but only the first value (in above example: 2020) is filtered. For the other values, there is warning popup: Some values could not be found and were not applied to the filter. The following values could not be applied to the filter: (In the above example: 2021, 2022)

The issue is identified as a backend problem in SAP BW environment.

First of all, make sure that all prerequisite notes mentioned in the following help page were properly implemented in the BW system:

The BW problem was fixed in Note 3305924. Applying this note can solve this issue.

Note: When recording a network trace as per SAP KBA 2280022, although the GetResponse call > Preview will contain no error messages, by implementing above note the issue will be resolved.
