3304026 - The file size of Scheduled Publication with Broadcast mode has drastically increased after the 2023 QRC 1 update in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• The file size of scheduled publication with broadcast mode (of exported stories) has drastically increased in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) after the 2023 QRC 1 update without any change in the backend query and SAC story.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Open a story.
2. Click on File button and choose "Schedule Publication".
3. On ""Schedule Publication" panel, set as follows:
   • Mode: Broadcast
   • File Type: PDF
4. After receiving this scheduled publication, observe that the file size has increased dramatically compared with prior file sizes before the 2023 QRC1.

• Regression issue.

The issue is resolved in patch release version 2023.2.6 and has been deployed to all customer systems.
