Symptom

In enjoy transaction codes ME21N ME22N and ME23N, it is observed that the fields EKPO-REFBS and EKPO-REFPS are displayed with name 'Ref.Doc.' and 'Ref.Itm'. And sometimes these two fields are displayed with name 'Purchasing Doc' and 'Item'.
