Symptom

Unable to create Purchasing Info Records without conditions Error: Info record cannot be saved. Enter a condition first

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP Fiori

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Manage Purchasing Info Record
  2. Fill the details, leave the Conditions blank then try to save. 

Resolution

The Purchasing Info record was designed this way where Conditions are mandatory to create Info records. This is currently a limitation.
