Symptom

In SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, when you upload multiple invoices in transaction OAWD, it will result in a dump / runtime error "DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR" in program /OTX/SAPLPS03_IESVIM and table /OTX/PF02_T_PLEX.
