3304399 - Not able to Label Tiles in Report center

Symptom

When user tries to Label a Tile in Report center, Label gets removed automatically when Report Center is refreshed.

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
    • Analytics & Reporting(Ad Hoc, YouCalc, Canvas / ORD)
      • YouCalc Dashboards and Tiles (Dashboards 2.0)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into instance 
  2. Label a Tile and refresh Report Center page
  4. From the above screenshot we can see the Label gets removed for the Tile.

Cause

Under Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files can see affected Tile's Status is Disabled.

Resolution

Labeling can be done only for Tiles whose Status is Enabled.

Under Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files need to change the Status of Tile, once Status is changed Label appears without any issues.
