3304433 - Not able to open retail article from PO, due to missing authorization of MM03

Symptom

When double clicking on the retail article in PO item in t-code ME21N, ME22N or ME23N, system goes to MM03 screen, and the error 00172 is issued, which says: "You are not authorized to use transaction MM03".

As a result, system does not go to MM43 screen, even though the user has authorization of MM43.
