3304454 - Step Mode in Route Map is not respected in Mobile Performance Form

When Step Mode for a route step is set as “Comments Only”, the ratings web version of the PM Form become non-editable. But in the Mobile App version, the ratings can be edited.

1. Check the web version of the form and notice that ratings in the form are read only.

2. In mobile app, the ratings are editable (example on android).

This issue occurs because the item-rating for the form section has not been given explicit “read” permissions. Instead, the step-mode of the route step has been configured as “Comment Only”

The Mobile App version does not support the Step-Mode in Route Map. Hence, it only follows the field permissions, and as no “read” field permission has been specified for the item-rating, in Mobile App by default the ratings are editable.

Kindly please specify field permissions explicitly for ratings to make them read-only in mobile app version as well.
