3304517 - You get Dump While Releasing/Approving Sales Documents

You get dump while releasing/approving the sales document (sales order, service confirmation, credit memo......).

 SAP Business ByDesign

Case 1:

1. Go to Managing My Area Work Center -> Approvals View
2. Select the approval task of the sales document
3. Click Approve button
4. Dump occurs

Case 2:

1. Select the sales document
2. Click Release button
3. Dump occurs

Dump Details:

Error Txt: CM_SPAF_PROXY_CALL:"Shortcut not available:BUPA_NOT_FOUND" [SAPMHTTP:0]

Take service confirmation as example:

The communication arrangement that comes up when you go to the account -> Communication -> Collaboration -> Service Confirmation -> Maintain XML settings is "Service Order Integration" -> status "In Preparation".
○ This is not listed under Application and User Management  -> Communication Arrangement
○ It is listed under Communication Scenario but with no communication arrangement maintained.

Follow the steps below to find the communication arrangement for the account XYZ (where XYZ represents the ID of the Account):

1. Go to the Account Management work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Show All Accounts and Find XYZ.
4. Open the account XYZ.
5. Go to the Communication tab -> Select the Collaboration subtab.
6. Select the Service Confirmation.
7. Select the Maintain XML Settings button.

The new screen will show Communication Arrangement: Service Order Integration

Activate this Communication Arrangement.
