When replicating from SuccessFactor EC to SAP ERP HCM or ECP have this message error:

• Gender and form of address (Mr./Ms.) are inconsistent
  • Message Nº 5U048

Could be possible delete the combination check if you delete the gender number in the table by your own requirement:
