How to restrict the master data like product, account and supplier based on company?

For the regular master data supplier and account it is not possible to have an access restriction based on company.

• This is only possible for the financial aspects: in the workcenters "Payables" or "Receivables" user have work lists for "Customer Accounts" and "Supplier Accounts". Here "Company restrictions" can be applied.
• For the master data access in work centers like Account Management, Supplier Base or Business Partner Data, this restriction is not applied.For accounts (via account management) user can apply an access restriction based on "Employee Responsibles".
• This is, user define that a certain user can only access account management data for accounts with certain direct "Employee responsibles". 
• For suppliers (via Supplier Base) user can use Supplier Approvals for creation process and Supplier Change notifications for changes to ensure a control mechanism. Moreover, user can restrict who is allowed to edit the bank details of a supplier.

This is standard system behavior.
