3304944 - You Cannot Scope Checkbox for Specific Product during Inventory Adjustment

Symptom

You find the checkbox cannot be scoped for the searched line while adjusting inventory.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Physical Inventory Work Center.
  2. Open Inventory Adjustment Task.
  3. Search for Product XXX, then you find the checkbox cannot be scoped for the searched line.

Cause

Navigate to Stock Overview and search for Product XXX, you will find the product belongs to Project YYY.

Resolution

It's an expected behavior that system doesn't allow user to adjust the inventory which belongs to Projects. You need to remove this product stock from the project as per KBA 3216072 before make an inventory adjustment.
