3304990 - Superannuation Compliance Form not triggered - Onboarding

We have an AU candidate and she was able to complete the compliance form task but upon checking there is only TFN and Superannuation was never triggered.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the system
2. Navigate to the Onboarding Dashboard
3. Search for the candidate 
4. In Actions click Onboarding Documents 
5. See that there are two documents missing
   AUS_SAF_2021_V2
   AUS_SAF_2021_V2

1. During the compliance Process 
2. On the Superannuation Fund Australia Compliance for New Hires page
3. The candidate selected option four which states 
4. "I don't want to choose a super fund right now (You can make your choice at any time. You may wish to create a new account with a super fund)."
5. When this option is selected the SAF form will not generate for the candidate.

How to check which option the candidate select.

1. Navigate to Manage Data 
2. AssignedComplianceForm > Enter candidate's user ID
3. Select the object for the form AUS_SAF_2021_V2
4. Make note of two things the "id * " and the "bpeUserTaskId"
5. You will also need BizX URL, and the candidate's user ID
6. With that information you can generate this URL "URL/xi/ui/onb2compliance/pages/onb2Compliance.xhtml?#/USERID/bpeUserTaskId/id *"
7. It should look like this when done correctly
