In a scale-out environment, there is a requirement to convert a Standby node into an active Worker node due to budget constraints.
As there is no requirement to uninstall the Standby node and perform a fresh installation as a Worker node, could you please confirm whether it is possible to change the node role directly from Standby to Worker?
