No Australia / UK forms available in Compliance Settings Page

SAP SF ONBOARDING

1. Navigate to Compliance Settings
2. Now you could see there was no Australia / UK forms available

1. You can validate the compliance form whether the jobs were running successfully or not.
2. Navigate to Manage data -> Choose ComplianceMetadataUpgradeDetail -> Choose any Upgrade ID
3. Now you can see there is Error message says : Failed to Connect PFS

1. You can give valid user name and the password for PFS via provisioning. ( Also please validate the PFS URL whether its working or not).
2. Now you can re-run the Onboarding compliance metadata sync job.
3. Re-test the Behavior. We can able to see the forms under compliance settings Page.
