3305254 - Failing data deletion in Cockpit

Symptom

  • Data deletion is not working via Cockpit.
  • Deletion through RSDMDD_DELETE_BATCH report is also failing.
  • After the background job is completed, the data is still present in /BI0/ ******.
  • While checking SLG1, the following error occurs:

deletion of master data from characteristic started
Delete SIDs: On
Delete Texts: On
Where-used list for Cold Store: On
Where-used list started with search mode O
Where-used list generated in table /BI0/*******
Details from where-used list generated in table 
Unused SID entries are deleted 
Number of records selected for Usage Check :
Number of UnUsed SIDs (these records can be deleted)   :
Number of Used SIDs (these records can not be deleted) :
0.00% of records can be deleted successfully.
