3305256 - Microsoft Outlook does not append "." at the end of OpenDocument hyperlinks

• OpenDocument URL generated based on a document which has a CUID that contains "." at the end does not hyperlink the "."  when pasted into Microsoft Outlook
  
  
• For example the URL "http://hostname:8080/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=XXXXXXXXX." when copied from the details window or notepad and pasted into outlook it will appear as "http://hostname:8080/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=XXXXXXXXX." with the "." not a part of the hyperlink
