3305445 - Language Key missing for Default status when forwarding candidates

• How to change the label for the Default status "New Application" when forwarding candidates to Job Requisitions.
• A Language Key is missing for the Default status when forwarding candidates to Job Requisitions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Change system language to English Debug
2. Go to Recruiting
3. Go to Candidates
4. Select a candidate to be forwarded to Job Requisitions
5. Click on Forward to Requisition
6. Click on Search
7. In the drop down for "Add the candidate(s) to the selected job requisition(s) and set the application status to", the language key for "New Application" is missing:

Nevertheless, we can see that there is a language key for the Forwarded status

The label for the Default status "New Application" behaves in a different way than the label for the Forwarded status.
The label for Forwarded status can only be configured in Manage Languages and that is why we always see a language key for it.

While for the Default label the system looks at the internal label for the Default status in Edit Applicant Status Configuration for the logged in language and will show that label.

If there is no internal label for the Default status for the logged in language than the system will show the language key.

To change the label for the Default status from "New Application" to something else, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Edit Applicant Status Configuration
2. Select the application status set
3. Clink on Default status to change the internal label and Save
4.
