3305470 - Android Right Aligned Text not displaying correctly.

Symptom

In the December 2022 Android release, an issue was introduced causing certain text strings to be displayed incorrectly when Right to Left language support is enabled. Most of the page is displayed as expected, but some items are instead aligned left to right.
