Symptom

When making a posting the error KI260 "Cost center XXXXXX blocked against direct postings" is displayed.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Resolution

This error is triggered based on the default configuration set for the Cost Center. This can be checked under the Control tab in "Manage Cost Centers" app.
