SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- Report data of SAP JAM seems to be incorrect.
- The trash bin of a group occupies space even if the trash bin of this group has already been emptied.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors JAM
Reproducing the Issue
- Run report "top disk usage per group"
- Check mentioned groups recycling bin
The report says there is data in the bin, while the groups bin is empty.
Resolution
Please reach out to SAP Support so we can work internally to clean the company's recycle bin manually.
