3305511 - Unable To Add The Same Competency in Other Categories or Libraries - Manage Center of Capabilities

A Competency is added into two separate Libraries/Categories, but the system only shows one option.

Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core 2211
Sold product: Successfactors Center of Capabilities

1. Go To Manage Center of Capabilities
2. Add A Competency
3. Click on Category dropdown menu
4. Notice that a Category is required, but only one can be added

The relationship between competencies, categories and libraries is 1:1. There can be no competency of the same GUID assigned to multiple categories and/libraries at the same time. If so, the system will detect this as a duplicate and it will throw an error in the Check Tool.
