3305543 - IC job different time than SFTP

The customer ran a job on the IC module, and notice on the SFTP, the time is not matching

Time zone of the instance is different then the time zone of the job (provisioning)

For example the job in IC is in on time zone (Indochina GMT +7) and the SFTP Server is on time zone (Autralia/Sydney AEDT)

So if you check in the SFTP, you'll have 4 hours of difference but this is expected because you're seeing the same date and time but in a different timezone.
