3305572 - "Company ID invalid" error when entering the company ID in SuccessFactors

Symptom

  • All the users are not able to login to the SuccessFactors instance URL.
  • Even after entering the correct company ID users get the error "Invalid company ID. Please contact your system administrator for help."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Try to access the instance URL.
  2. Gets the error "Company ID invalid".

Cause

System/tenant/instance is deactivated/invalidated and cannot be accessed.

Resolution

In this situation, the customer should contact their Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager/Account Executive to confirm the status of the SuccessFactors license. Please note that a deactivated/invalidated system/tenant/instance is not covered by the scope of SAP SuccessFactors Technical Support.
