3305778 - RDM_BBY446 - "Article &1 with article category &1 not allowed" error while transfering an Offer

Symptom

RDM_BBY446 - "Article &1 with article category &1 not allowed" error while transferring an Offer from PMR to Retail, that contains Display Article.
While transferring an Offer with Display Article the status of the offer will be "Transfer failed".

The error message can be checked in the retail system.
