3305782 - Cloud Integration flow processing fails with OsciException: Error in retrieving Authorization header], cause: java.net.ConnectException: error 110 - Connection timed out

Cloud Integration flow calls endpoint where Oauth2 Client Credentials or Oauth2 SAML Bearer Assertion authentication is used. The processing at this call fails with error: 

org.apache.camel.CamelExchangeException: Sequential processing failed for number 0. Exchange[ID-vsaXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX-XX-XX]. Caused by: [org.apache.camel.RuntimeCamelException - com.sap.gateway.core.ip.component.odata.exception.OsciException: Error in retrieving Authorization header], cause: java.net.ConnectException: error 110 - Connection timed out (Connection timed out) (local port XXXXX to address <ip_address>, remote port 443 to address <ip_address>

Important to note, that this error can happen in case of Oauth2 Client Credentials only when Send as Request Header option is used.
