3305805 - Hiring Manager name empty

Hiring manager name is not being populated on Requisitions created from future dated position (i.e., position will become active on future date).

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a Job requisition on a future dated position
2. Notice hiring manager field is empty
3. If you create a Job Req from a Position that is active today, the Operator field is filled.

This is a standard behaviour; the hiring manager's name will not auto-populate when there is a future-dated position. Its designed to populate on Positions that are active today.
