3305811 - The cookie banner and footer from RMK site not appearing in RCM career site - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When accessing the RMK site the cookie banner and a footer are appearing, but when moving to RCM Career site, this information is not present.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

As of today, the RCM career site does not allow this configuration per the system design. This is considered as an expected behavior.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is no longer accepting enhancement requests; future recruiting development investment is focused on SmartRecruiters. A separate KBA will be published once enhancement requests for SmartRecruiters are open. Please refer to KBA 3798700 - Enhancement Requests for Recruiting - Recruiting Management.
