3305823 - Copy previous period function with the transaction code CAT2

Symptom

The old cost center is copied as the sender cost center when the user applies the “Copy Previous Period” function. When employees change departments, their sender cost center assignment is updated accordingly. However, if the employee uses the “Copy Previous Period” function in CAT2, the previous sender cost center assignment is also carried over into the new period.
