3305879 - SOAP Receiver call fails with java.io.IOException: Error writing request body to server

Symptom

When an integration flow in Cloud Integration is configured to call an on-premise web service via the SOAP receiver adapter and Cloud Connector, the message processing fails. In the message monitoring logs, the following org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault error is observed:

org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not generate the XML stream caused by: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxIOException: Error writing request body to server., cause: java.io.IOException: Error writing request body to server
