3305982 - SC_CATALOGID and SC_CATALOGITEM are not updated in EBAN table

When creating a PR using catalog items, you expect EBAN-SC_CATALOGID and EBAN-SC_CATALOGITEM to be populated to indicate that they are created from a catalog.
