3306021 - How to Create a Report for Assessment Information using Custom Display Order - Recruiting Management


An Assessment Vendor can opt to create a specific format to display the Assessment information in the Job Application by creating multiple entries, and each entry will contain an Assessment Field and an Assessment Field Value or a line breaker, as a result, the entries will pile up and display the information in a list. This KBA will cover how to create an Integration Center report to extract the information.

Here's a sample for the above scenario:

The vendor sent 5 entries:

  1. Assessment Field: Score | Assessment Field Value: 32%
  2. Assessment Field: Completed Evaluations | Assessment Field Value: 0/9
  3. Assessment Field: ------------ | Assessment Field Value: ----------------
  4. Assessment Field:  Evaluations | Assessment Field Value: 0/9
  5. Assessment Field: ------------ | Assessment Field Value: ----------------

As a result, the entries were piled up in the Assessment portlet:

To create the Integration Center report, you must:

  • Use the start entity: JobApplicationAssessmentReportDetail
  • Add the following properties:
    • Assessment Report Detail Id
    • Assessment Order ID from JobApplicationAssessmentReport
    • Score Component
    • Score Value
  • Filter by the specific Order ID in the property Assessment Order ID
  • Sort Assessment Report Detail Id by Ascending

You can also use the OData API URI or import the attached .icd file: /odata/v2/JobApplicationAssessmentReportDetail?$select=assessmentReport/jobApplicationAssessmentOrder/applicationId,assessmentReport/orderId,id,scoreComponent,scoreValue&$expand=assessmentReport/jobApplicationAssessmentOrder&$filter=assessmentReport/jobApplicationAssessmentOrder/applicationId in (ORDER ID)&$orderby=id


  • If you filter by more than one Order ID, from another Job Application for ex, it may not be possible to sort by the Assessment Report Detail ID correctly. In this case, the recommendation is to filter by a single Order ID only.
  • Since information is coming from multiples entries piled up in a list and it can be a long one in string format, you will not have this information via Ad-hoc report on Report Center.
