Symptom

  • Administration Console is missing from user menu (ME Area).
  • Users are stored in SAP IAS. 
  • User is assigned to Workzone_Admin role/user group.
  • The following message appears when accessing administration console: 
    "Access denied
    You do not have permission to access this resource."
