3306605 - Unable to fill out a non-mapped document during Onboarding - Onboarding 2.0

The user is looking for a way to have a candidate complete a document without mapping it within the onboarding process.

This behavior is a system limitation, as the current onboarding configuration does not allow candidates to fill out documents that have not been mapped to system fields.

Custom information can be collected from candidates through the Custom Data Collection step within the Onboarding process.

Please note that completing a document without mapping is currently a system limitation. If this functionality is important for your business needs, we recommend submitting an enhancement request for further consideration.
