When importing employee time for an employee with global assignment, error was reported:

1. Cannot find corresponding referred object by keys: userId, value: XXXXXXXXX-X. 

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

• Employee Central

1. Go to Import and Export Data

2. Import data: 

• Select Generic Object: Employee Time
• File Encoding: Unicode (UTF-8)
• Purge Type: Incremental Load
• Suppress Redundant Date-Effective Records: Yes
• Key Preference: Business Key
• Use Locale Format: No
• Identity Type: User ID
• Date Format: MM/DD/YYYY

3. Click on Validate >> download status >> error reports

Inconsistent Assignment Id External

Go to Check Tool >> User Management >> Assignment ID external should be consistent in Employee Central and Employee Profile (InconsistentAssignmentIdExternalsCheckExecutor) >> Quick Fix
