Symptom

While logging into XSA Cockpit with XSA_ADMIN user, you see following error message:

If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.

In XSA Cockpit log, you can see

ERROR com.sap.cloud.cockpit.core.cf.web.oauth.OAuthLoginFilter - Failed to retrieve oauth token.
com.sap.cloud.cockpit.core.http.exceptions.CockpitHttpClientExecutionException: Command execution resulted in an exception

Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
