3306663 - MDG-F: Profit center description is updated with most latest edition entry in MDGF for all time slice in CEPCT table

Symptom

You have multiple edition for a Profit Center in MDG-F with different Long text(LTEXT) or General Name(KTEXT), after the replication of the profit center to the target system, though there are different time slice created for the profit center in CEPCT table, the texts are are the same showing the one with the latest Edition.
