3306788 - How to define the "threshold" based on the number of rows to modify before triggers SQL statement replication - SRS

Symptom

  • Replication Server can replicates the modification of data (default behavior) or SQL statement (this behavior need to be configured)
  • Replication of SQL Statement is linked to a threshold based on the number of rows modified by a single command:
    • If the number of row modified by a query on SOURCE side is below than the threshold, Replication Server is using data replication
    • If the number of row modified by a query on SOURCE side is upper than the threshold, Replication Server is using SQL Statement Replication
  • By default, the value of the threshold is 50
