Symptom
How To Use <*CTX( Quote.Approvals.RejectQuoteLink )*> or <*CTX(Quote.Approvals.ApproveQuoteLink)*> in Formula Builder.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Resolution
When using the <*CTX( Quote.Approvals.RejectQuoteLink )*> or <*CTX(Quote.Approvals.ApproveQuoteLink)*> in Formula Builder for testing purpose, it is necessary to pass approver's ID as argument.
Example - <*CTX( Quote.Approvals.ApproveQuoteLink (approver user ID))*> .
By passing the user ID of the approver as an argument, the tags will generate a link.
When using the tags within email templates, this argument is handled internally, meaning that no argument should be passed.
Is is important to note that these tags are intended to be used for one-click approval emails.
