How To Disable Onboarding 1.0 in Provisioning Settings and Transition to Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue
Currently Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding coexist in system.
- Which is the best approach to disable Onboarding 1.0?
- After we disable Onboarding 1.0 from Provisioning settings, is there any data impact on Onboarding?

How to
Resolution
- First disable in preview system and perform smoke test/health checks on functionality
- Remove provisioning-company settings related to ONB1.0
- Validate existing data (compliance records, compliance forms ,doc centre files export )
