Users notice some inconsistent behavior of Multi value char, for example when they try to add 3 values to multi value char MDMS_RELEVANT_COMPONENT like 10142459, 10233820 & 10225801 in the MDG Change request. After saving the changes, value goes missing or disappear. This is not letting user to proceed with CR.
