You have executed the EC Sales List Runs and observed the warning message - Stand alone Credit memo XXXXX not included in this tax return.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Tax Management work center.
2. Click on EC Sales List Runs.
3. Click New - Tax Return Run.
4. Fill the data and Schedule the run.
5. Open the Log ID and Go to Results tab.
6. Here, you can find the warning message Stand alone Credit memo XXXXX not included in this tax return.

The Tax Return Type is "8 - Modelo 349" in the EC Sales List Run. AS of February 2002, a Ministerial Order approved a new format for Model 349.This new order included Record type 2 “Rectification”. The rectification record must contain detailed information to identify the rectification made.[Please find the Rectification document in the attached Text file]

In this case, there must an invoice linked with the Credit Memo. If the invoice is not linked then the Tax authority can’t calculate the rectification record amount.

You need to link an Invoice with the Credit Memo and then execute the EC Sales List Run.
